We also work with clinicians, organizations, and companies to promote these practices in their wider community, fostering sustainable self-care and an enriched sense of community. Together, we can restore hope and work towards healing.

If you're reading this, you may be experiencing changes in your mental health or seeking ways to maintain your overall well-being. Our practice offers virtual individual therapy sessions that are 45-50 minutes long, and can be scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We'll work together to determine the best schedule for you.

Individual coaching offers compassionate accountability for your mental health needs. If you're looking for extra support with emotion regulation, maintaining progress after therapy, or keeping track of goals in between therapy sessions, coaching may be right for you. Contact us to find out if coaching is a good fit for you. Our coaching plans include a standalone option with sessions lasting between 30-40 minutes, and a check-in option for those working with a therapist, where sessions are 15-20 minutes long and focus on ensuring all aspects of your wellness are being addressed.

No matter what stage you are at in starting or maintaining family life, we are here for you. It's natural to encounter challenges when it comes to collaborating on decisions related to home life, setting boundaries with extended family, and raising children. We provide you with the language, strategies, and space to work through these challenges and build a stronger sense of connection with your spouse and family. Family sessions can be a great way to address intergenerational trauma and life transitions. We also offer sessions between any family members struggling to communicate with each other, be it a child and parent, sibling and sibling, or any other relationship dyad or group that requires support in processing a challenging situation.
